I'm sure it's going to be announced tomorrow morning in the papers and various other forms of media but you heard it here first; the mayor is finally approving a project focussing on affordable reinforced accommodation for therianthropes in Denver. No final date on when construction will start, I'm still in the blueprint stage and there's still a lot of red tape to cut through to get the final designs approved but it's a step in the right direction!.

Great. There goes my timetable for getting this build done on schedule. Half my onsite crew are Others, not to mention employs of the companies supplying the materials. I think the client sprained my ear with their complaining.

There's nothing like Foundation Day, I love the first laying of concrete on a project, it's so exciting. I might even need to go out and celebrate, it went off without a hitch.

Well I finally caved and got myself a new PDA, but after spending an hour and a half transferring all my contacts I'm already thinking about returning the stupid thing. Technology is supposed to make things easier, not make you want to tear your hair out.
